Founded in 2016, KOJA Consulting is a Vancouver-based consulting firm offering fractional project management and leadership to teams looking to create efficiency or solve a problem.
After being sought out by her professional network to support their project efforts, KOJA’s founder Mel Ifada, identified a gap in the market for projects that would benefit from professional leadership but were smaller in size than traditional projects.
Large companies as well as small teams, charities, and not-for-profits – everyone, it seemed, had a wish list of random projects that they needed to attend to.
And so KOJA was born!
